I had an amazing experience with my first visit to PerioPartners in Red Deer. Both Dr. Nadjl and Ruby put me at ease. I am very nervous in a dentist chair, but they were kind and open about my treatment. From the moment I sat down to the moment I left the building, I was treated with kindness. I went for first initial consultation and the front staff are very pleasant and helpful. They provided detailed information re my insurance and coverage. The day finally came for surgery. And I do not like surgery ! But the Dental Surgeon and assistant (Dr.Nadji and Ruby) were exceptionally skilled and the surgery was virtually painless. In fact I fell alseep. It was Amazing! I have absolutely no problem with recommending them as a provider of this service.
I had a terrible experience with PerioPartners in Red Deer. When I arrived, the front desk told me the cost would be $300–$400, but later, they gave me an estimate for over $2,600! All they did was an X-ray no treatment at all so why such a huge charge? When I checked with my insurance, they said I AM eligible for coverage, but PerioPartners falsely claimed I wasn’t.
