I had a hard time dealing with using my insurance with them which in turn caused me to go elsewhere (Great Expressions) to find out the procedure they said was medically necessary and to tell the insurance I was in pain when I wasn't to expedite my pre d wasn't needed and would only be cosmetic. Also first they wanted me to pay out of pocket then after talking to insurance they forced me into a pre d that they said wasn't needed and offered to pay upfront and file the claim myself but they refused which I am glad they ended... read more
