Dr. Ahmadi and his assistant, Amber, took wonderful care of me. They both were very kind and ensured all my concerns were resolved by the end of my visit. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!
Experience with front desk has not been good. After my appointment, I requested them to send the request to my insurance to get my pre-estimate and also requested them to call me to schedule the procedure. No follow ups from them and no call backs and this was 2-3 weeks ago. Today 3/7/24, I called them again to see if the pre-estimate was sent and the front desk lady did not know and said she will send it out if it has not. But I was able to make the appointment. After paying up front for my first visit, I was required to pay for it in full and they would bill my insurance. Insurance denied it because this doctor was out of network. After finding out that my insurance issued a flex card of $500 to use toward these kind of issues, I requested them to charge my $230 and to send me a check for overpayment or credit my account for my next visit. They denied both. In 2024 my insurance will start paying for out of network and I will be finding another dentist who's office is more oriented ... read more
