Dr Yu recently completed my dental implant and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. She explained all the procedures and possible situations in detail before the surgery, and was very patient and careful during the operation. Recovery was much quicker than I expected and the implant feels completely natural.

Great experience and excellent quality work! Management issues seem to affect every part of this practice. Communication is inconsistent, especially over the phone. What is most concerning is how feedback appears to be handled. Instead of addressing concerns openly, responses often come across as defensive or dismissive. And yes, I'd like to remain anonymous for this reason so you will not find me on your system. Good management should focus on resolving issues, not protecting appearances.
