This had never happened to me before; 5 hours waiting to be seen it’s my first time here It’s 10 pm and still waiting Update : my big mistake was posting this while I was waiting there so the receptionist saw my post and they kicked me out of the office at 10:30 pm without seen the dr , they don’t tolerate any complain at all
Good place to kill time instead of going to a real dentist/oral surgeon. They had me waiting over 5 hours just to tell me I can’t be seen because I refused to allow them to con me out of $1500 for a bogus bone graft in order to extract a chip tooth. Another client was still in pain after they extracted his tooth 2 weeks ago. So this the place if you love wasting painful time. P.S. I went to Manhattan oral surgeon to get my chip tooth extracted and they was the best.
