They don’t honor appointments! I booked an appointment 2 weeks prior, canceled work for it and then when I went to confirm via text the morning of the auto text said they had canceled on me. When I called to ask why they said they cancel appointments if I don’t answer their confirmation call at least 24 hours prior. With spam calling and work that’s never going to happen.
