Never answers the phone. Never calls back. I leave a message to cancel an appointment and they charge me 75 dollars. They’d rather lose a patient than admit they were wrong.
The staff in the practice are very courteous and Dr. Shannon has a great bedside manner when explaining procedures (I got a gum graft). I would totally recommend this practice for your periodontal needs.
Dr. Shannon may be well intentioned but he and his staff are extremely poor at basic communication. They wasted my time when i scheduled a tooth extraction - sending me away because they only do more extensive work. I could not be more upset with how i was treated by Dr. Shannon and his staff. They couldn't care less.
Dr. Shannon saved my tooth! Two periodontists and one dentist said I would likely have to have a tooth pulled. I went to Dr. Shannon who assured me my tooth would be fine. After osseous surgery the tooth and that whole quadrant of my mouth is in excellent condition (confirmed by my hygienist.) Thank you, Dr. Shannon!
