From my first phone call to the last one, the care by Dr. Stratos and EVERY team member was a 10. Professionalism and customer service that most organizations can only stive to achieve. I was going to wait until after my procedure in September, but I had such a good morning at the clinic. I wanted to offer a review now! Taylor at the front desk was amazing, very friendly explained what would happen next with coverage and pre-estimates. My appointment itself was comprehensive and efficient. The Treatment plan, including options and recommendations, was easily understandable, and I feel ready to have my surgery within a few months.
Very knowledgeable, great communication, and very accommodating in all there businesses. I have used Owatonna and Rochester both are excellent.
