I wanted to thank Dr. Romano and Sharon (dental assistant) for the top-level service I received at both the Grece and Webster office. Dr Romano also gave me his cell phone number in case I had a problem with any of the 5 surgeries. All of which went smoothly. I also wanted to recognize the Joanne, Kathy, Patricia, and Becky (office staff) who answered any and all of my questions about billing or appointments. Dr. Romano and his staff are not professional, trustworthy, and dependable. They are not caring for patients; 3 times for postponement and then cancelling right 10 minutes before the appointment time. Dr. Romano said to me, 'Go to other places' He was arrogant and irresponsible as a medical personnel. I had a gum problem and saw Dr. Romano on Jan 14, 2022. After seeing him, I made an appointment on February 25th for a deep cleaning. The clinic suddenly postponed it twice around the date, I tried to follow it and rescheduled... read more
