Dr. Jean-Pierre office is the absolute best! Unfortunately, I have not done well in taking care of my teeth and referred to his office for teeth extractions and periodontal deep cleaning surgery. When I walked into office the front office staff was very kind as they greeted me and went over details of visit. How do we contact them? I received a referral 6 weeks ago and have been calling and leaving messages ever since. No call back.
Dr. Jean-Max Jean-Pierre and his staff were friendly, professional & accommodating. It was a great office experience for me. My insurance company took a while to pay the claim but after reaching out to the doctors office assistant, Brenda, the issue was resolved immediately that same day. I'll definitely use them again!
