I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. First of all the assistant was rude and unprofessional from the moment I sat in the chair. The dentist Dr. Streem did not talk me through the procedure knowing I was nervous, absolutely unprofessional and a lack of compassion. I wouldn't wish my experience there kn anybody!
Dentist and their assistants are great- it’s their billing I’m upset with- was charged $915 over and they still haven’t refunded me, it’s been a month . They overlooked my refund last month so, now I have to wait til end of November! They want their money right now- but when it comes to refunds of being excessively over charged- we can wait
Dr Streem was Amazing with my anxiety. The tooth was out in seconds and I didn’t even feel him anesthetize.
Doctor Hess has been my paradise doctor for over 30 years he is the best!
