I am so grateful for the staff and for Dr. Su. The care and concern that was given to my Mom was beyond my expectations. My mom is i a wheelchair which made accessing the location a challenge. The staff moved vehicles and got together to lift my mom into the office. What an amazing group effort. The staff had her set up in the room with the most space for her wheelchair, made sure she was comfortable. Everyone interacted with both of us with such kindness and care. My experience at Periodontal Associates was extremely disappointing, humiliating, and deeply unprofessional. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a medical office. All I requested was for the administrative staff to sign my insurance claim form in the designated signature section, as required by my overseas insurance provider. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up appointments, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
