I had a really negative experience receiving treatment from Cindy Nguyen. On my last visit I reported that I was having trouble following the dental care routine prescribed due to the pain it was causing me. Cindy's response was that she "couldn't brush my teeth at home for me," and that was as seriously as my concerns were taken. Made an appointment with one of their staff, but they managed to forget to record it. Today I got a call from a snooty receptionist blaming their failure on me. Not impressed.
Amazingly skillful and caring professionals. I had a very thorough examination by Dr Cindy, everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was comfortable and efficient. I left feeling empowered to look after my health, and confident I'm in safe capable hands. Highly recommend for anyone needing periodontist care.
My partner has been treated by Dr Cindy for approximately 12 months and it has been delightful. Today we had an emergency come up which coincided with a reminder text of an upcoming appointment scheduled for 1st July stating that if she did not confirm then the appointment by 12pm today it would be cancelled, as a result she took it as that and tended to the emergency with the thought of rescheduling after settling the emergency. Dr Yap and the clinic staff were brilliant. I had an awkward (for me) procedure and she was informative, friendly, reassuring and skilful. This was an appointment I'd put off for years. If I was told I had to go back and have it redone, I'd go tomorrow. Excellent care.
