I went to this office and saw Lauren Kusse NP today for the first time to establish care. I will say that I arrived 15 minutes early, I sat for less than 5 mins before I was called into my appointment. The technician was amazing. She was so sweet and personable. Then saw the NP who was also extremely kind and listened to all of my concerns. I felt very at ease and relaxed during my entire appointment. I am a medical technician myself and I can say that everything here was done right!
Very disappointed with them. I went there since I was a young patient. They have high turnover. They blew off data I needed for paperwork. I'm glad I left!
I have been coming to this location for 20 years. But the last couple years it has felt different. Repeated change over of front desk staff, and an empty parking lot and waiting room say a lot. Last straw was today when I was 10 minutes late for an appointment (first time I was ever late) and they refused to see me and insisted on rescheduling. The professional staff have always been great, I think it is more the office management.
I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I really don’t like this place at all. Save yourself some time and go to a doctors office that cares about its patients.
