Took one of our cars here yesterday for a state inspection. They failed it due to window tint (40% they claimed). After reflecting on it, what I didn’t appreciate was the guy’s smug and arrogant attitude from the start. He was a blonde guy with glasses, no idea who he was - a service advisor or something? Anyway, he waltzed in and said “hey your car is in decent shape but I have to fail it for that window tint.” The car is in perfect shape, not “decent” because I work on all of our cars myself. Perinton Automotive Center, Inc. 20 Jefferson Ave Fairport. We had a problem with another establishment telling us the brake lines were bad so we brought the car to Tim and he said they were fine and needed no repair. Turns out he was right. We saved money and found someone who is honest and tells you the straight story. How rare that has become. We highly, emphatically recommend this automotive center and Tim. Tell him you read this. The Professor……….
I was in a jam and they helped me out immediately even though they had a full schedule. Honest, transparent, and great customer service.
