100% satisfaction with this small but mighty automotive center. They seem to be well-organized and have skilled technicians. My service involved checking out a damaged tire and getting me a new one. They kept in touch with me throughout the 2-day process. I’m a return customer and I highly recommend this business!
Took one of our cars here yesterday for a state inspection. They failed it due to window tint (40% they claimed). After reflecting on it, what I didn’t appreciate was the guy’s smug and arrogant attitude from the start. He was a blonde guy with glasses, no idea who he was - a service advisor or something? Anyway, he waltzed in and said “hey your car is in decent shape but I have to fail it for that window tint.” The car is in perfect shape, not “decent” because I work on all of our cars myself.
