I am professor at u or R, and today I had the terrifying experience of being taken by this ambulance service to Strong hospital. Was treated like a drug addict, repeatedly, when all I had was exceptionally painful kidney stones. They dumped me in a hospital chair without even saying anything, and just left. I received exceptional care from Rebecca and Matt. Thankfully, I have never had to go in an ambulance, but last night I needed emergency care and I am so thankful that they were there for me. Rebecca explained everything to me clearly and was calm and comforting. Matt drove us and communicated everything to me so I knew what was happening. I hope I never need them again, but I am so grateful for their care and service.

I knew both their names the day the took me to the hospital, but now can't remember, of course. Nevertheless, they were compassionate, kind, warm and knowledgeable. It was a false alarm in way, but they didn't make me feel stupid!

I would like to thank Q tan Also, Zach. Dastg these two were very, very professional and very good. They Took good care of me after I had a bad fall. They were just great too great guys.
