I’m so glad this is the office that’s been taking care of me throughout my pregnancy. Ana, Danielle, the doctor, and the ultrasound tech are all amazing! They’re so caring and informative, and every time I walk in, it honestly feels like I’m visiting a group of genuine, caring friends. I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.
This place sucks. The person who did our babies ultrasound was rude as could be and looked like she was so unhappy to be there. I asked her a question and she could only nod the answer to me even after I asked twice. It’s our first child and we were so excited but she didn’t make the experience enjoyable for us at all. She would not allow me to record or take pictures of the moment and at the end she couldn’t even give us printed pictures. We’re being billed a lot of money for us not to get a few pieces of paper. Person who did ultrasound had rude behavior. Not given pictures of the ultrasound. Sat there for 15 mins waiting for the doctor only to communicate with the doctor (Dr Jadali Daryoush MD) on phone who was also rude. Answered questions with questions. Overall not a pleasant experience.
They made me feel so uncomfortable and unvalued as a patient. After Doctor done with ultrasound and left the room I waited so long for someone to come and tell me you're good to go or at least clean the sonographic gel off of my skin, but thank God my husband was with me and he cleaned my belly and helped me get up.
