My fiancé and I recently had to come here for an appointment because there was no available appointments at the location we normally visit. The intake nurse was rude to my fiancé and made her feel uncomfortable for questioning her and being very judgmental about certain aspects of our lives that frankly were none of her business!! Everyone else was very friendly and informative but we will avoid returning to this location if possible because of the intake nurse. I wish we would’ve got her name but she was an older lady.

We had to come here for our last appointment because the Rust location had no available appointment. The nurse that took my vitals was very abrasive and short with me throughout our interaction. I changed my last name recently and it wasn't updated in their system. When I tried to explain she cut me off and told me that I need to fix that problem. We had to come here because the Rio Rancho location had no available appointment, but I’m so glad we did because this ultrasound visit was the best we’ve had! I wanted to recognize Jesse and Saralyn for being very personable, friendly, informative, and caring.

Loved this location. The staff was friendly and so helpful. My appointment was last minute and did a full assessment and even got to see a doctor on the IPad. They offered me water and were very polite the whole time.
