Our home and business security was transformed by Perimeter Security some years ago and the company continues to update and improve our existing system. Up-to-the-minute knowledge and personal, meaningful service that doesn't upsell distinguishes Perimeter from other companies. Using a Hamilton-based business was important to us and Perimeter has surpassed our expectations.
We have used Perimeter for number of years but found recently the company was very unresponsive to our concerns. Over the holidays our alarm system was beeping every 5 seconds- driving overnight guests home- we tried everything, including changing every expensive battery- nothing worked. Our store has been with Perimeter for more than 5 years. They have kept our store safe from two previous break in attempts. The quality of service can't be matched. Their prices are very reasonable and Peter goes above to make sure everything runs well.
