Booked an event with them in their conference room for a week just recently. I actually had booked the event almost a year in advance, confirmed all the details, had it added to the schedule etc. Called about a month in advance to confirm everything and go over everything and was told that because the employee that booked it was no longer with the company, there was no booking.
