All 3 physicians at this office are awesome. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Satpute recently. She fully listened & cared about my concerns regarding my health. You can tell she truly wants what's best for her patients & that is very rare to find in a physician practice these days. I am thankful for her honesty & putting her heart into her profession.
If there are —— stars I would surely give that. I faced a very bad experience with this medical office. Dr.Gaddy checked my mom for immigration, told us they going to contact me in 1 week, it’s 2 weeks now, can’t able to talk with the real person, every time the meachine was answering. I am tired of waiting. Uscis is going to cancel the application that which she spent $5000.00 and don’t return the money, mainly the total time that which she waited for application process is going to waste for her. I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.
I have no idea what I should give them. But I was debating between 1 or 2 stars. But I think 1 it’s more appropriate. My whole experience with this place was crazy. Nobody it’s answering if you try to make an appointment, and if you leave a message for them they usually call you in 4 days … but if you go to their office, they can’t make appointments in person, only over the phone. Severely understaffed. No one calls you back ever and they lie just to shut you up. Dr Gaddee is kind but what doctor takes a 9 day vacation without anyone to assist her patients?? They have 1 prior authorization person for the entire 5 offices and their referrals take DAYS when it should be immediate. They try to sell you on all these reasons why you have to wait for them to do basic things that other offices will get done quickly. Excuse after excuse.
