Upon admission, my personal clothing was taken into your facility’s custody with the assurance that it would be returned. To date, that has not happened. I have contacted the facility multiple times and completed the required form detailing each missing item. Despite this, there has been no resolution, no follow-up, and no apparent sense of urgency. Repeated attempts to reach the assigned patient advocate have been unsuccessful, and the same can be said for their supervisor, who appears to be perpetually unavailable. At this... read more
This is the worse place ever. As a concerned parent and call after call they don't seem to even give an effort to communicate. All they say "I can only transfer you " knowing the phone in that nurse station doesn't work. They have shown no empathy or work ethic or just human decency towards the situation.
THEY LOST THE CLOTHES THAT I WAS WEARING WHEN I CAME IN AND I LOVED THOSE JEANS. I CONTACTED AND CALLED PATIENT ADVOCATE MANY TIMES, EMAILED COUNTLESS TIMES, AND TO NO AVAIL. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REACH OUT AND IT IS NOW JANUARY 2026 STILL WITHOUT MY CLOTHES BACK. my brother was here for 2 weeks they wouldn’t let him call nor let us know his condition when he final came home he had staples in his head and stitches in his ear please DO NOT send your love one here they DO NOT take good care of their patients they throw it up under the rug my family will be suing!!!!!!!
