***** 5 stars for Cedric on Serenity floor. He was the most positive and relatable RT there. I wish he could be cloned ***** On the flip side, I cannot believe they thought it was a good idea to drop me off at the bridge on harry hines afterward. My daughter didn't really have complaints which is why I have them 2 stars. Phone lines constantly messed up. Not relaying messages. No visitation on weekends; only during the week (not feasible for those who work and don't live locally). I haven't seen my child in 10 days. She's 13yo. Set discharge date 4 days ago. Called on my way (2 hr drive) get here and having to wait for them to bring her down. I've been waiting for an hour and a half already and still haven't seen my child. The techs thought I was faking my fainting and kneed the back of my wheelchair when I wasn’t going fast enough. This was the second hospital I’ve been to, and my parent decided to pull me out early because of all the stuff I was being put through. I was maybe 14, and I’m still scared of this place three years later. I decided to leave this review after bringing up the things that happened to me here to a friend.
