We are a Mechanical Contractor and have been one of there sub's for many years. I have built a relationship with Mike, Anthony, Daniel and Monica. They are easy to talk to, professional and very fair. For us, they have been on top of their game. Their work has been beautiful, they are on top of our submittals, our guys and our work. They are professional and fair, we look forward to continuing our work together.
False promises. Not on time. Failed inspections. Constant delays. Constant excuses. Not professional. Horrible service. Please do not use them, unless you enjoy being tortured.

STAY AWAY from Perillo. They are one of the worst contractors we have ever worked with. You will be met with delay after delay, excuse after excuse and inspection issues. I strongly recommend against using them for any services, as simple as they may be.
