The only reason I buy cars from Perillo is because of Alan Sahagian, he's the best anywhere period, as for the service department they are the worst. Since this review is on service, I will rate this only. My only problem is suburbs too far, so I suffer fools gladly working with these people. One time a service tech actually challenged me to a fight as I questioned something about air tire pressure, not an exaggeration. This goes back many years. If you want a dealership to wait all day to do a simple battery test and then not be able to do further testing until the following Monday, make sure to waste your time here..
Chris Doko Perillo was a great help during my visit to BMW Perillo. He explained everything clearly, made sure I fully understood all of my charges, and kept me informed throughout the process. I especially appreciated him letting me know about the $30 Uber credit, which was very helpful. Excellent customer service overall.
Nice shop but sorry to say they declined helping me with air for my tires because it was a benz and not a beemer… bummer
