I made an appointment after I reached out to see if I'd need a formal appointment for a quick service and no one responded (so did so out of an abundance of caution). When I showed up for the appointment (which I had indicated I'd wait for the car given how quick it would be) I was told that no one would be there to service the car for at least 30-40 minutes. 1. I had a service appointment at 9 AM on a Monday and my car was not looked at for the first time until 4 PM on a Tuesday 2. I received a text telling me my car was ready so I went to pick it up. It was not ready. 3. When I was given my car, I was given inaccurate information about how to complete the resolution of the problem. I spent an hour and a half doing it the way they told me to until I called to help Line that told me the right way to do it.
Perillo BMW Service was exceptional. Show up at 530 pm with a tire going flat and the tire was replaced the next day and I drove out that evening g with a loaner. The willingness to HELP was incredibly appreciated.
The actual worst. Didn't care and showed it. Best example, 6 years of exclusively on time maintenance and i had to pay an extra $900 just to get the oil changed because the hood latch cable rusted. Nice job maintaining my vehicle. Tranny just died for no reason, $20k nope, so no more! If you do need a bmw, head to Orland. They actually hike a loaner into the city for even an oil change. Still terrible to maintain, but at least they give a darn.
My coolant light went on, I took my car to Perillo BMW. Freddy Pabon took care of me. He was extremely helpful, courteous and very professional. He had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I’m so grateful for him helping me with this!
