they got rid of Fed Ex and now it's an additional !10 pick up fee. This is complete bullshit. This company constantly puts up barriers to patient care!! As a healthcare provider, I wont be prescribing this med bc their modus operandi is to make it more and more difficult and more expensive! Before I started having my meds sent to Fed Ex, packages were left in my driveway. THAT is not acceptable for co trolled meds! Now they so t use Fed Ex and UPS charges $10 per item. Share BS
Received a random text from Perigon (never heard of them before) telling me they received an rx for me and i needed to contact them. No rx name, no mention of what dr. I call, hold for 6 min 49 sec and then offered vm. They text again over the next couple days, I call back and again, hold then vm. Random text again asking me to provide my insurance information, via text!, so they can process my rx. I finally text back, given the phone number to call if I don't feel comfortable providing info via text. Call, yup..hold..vm. mo... read more
Horrible customer service. Way past due for my prescription be sent but yet I have called for THREE days straight and keep getting the same answer that they will have someone call me back because my prescription is in insurance. Guess what NEVER any call back. Will be glad to switch somewhere else
I have to have my medication delivered to me, and I didn’t understand the whole process, son called and spoke with a very nice lady and I wish I could remember her name because she was exceptional, very professional and patient with me. She explained everything to me step by step. I don’t even need to call for refills they call me. How awesome is that. A worry free pharmacy. I love it.
They team makes it super easy to order and receive your medication and answer any and all questions!
