I waited over a month and never received my prescription. I was later told my insurance had denied it — information that was not communicated to me until more than a month after the prescription was submitted. I was told trial pills would be sent in the meantime, but I waited another month and never received anything. Despite this, I was then asked if I wanted to pay full price for the medication.
Not happy with this place , so I started with a different specialty pharmacy which has better customer service experience, your agents never contact you back very rude and always late with my medication, unreliable people
This place is a danger to the public!!! I was on a medication that APPARENTLY only they had access to (sounds like a medical monopoly). This was a life preserving medication, while I was on dialysis waiting for a transplant. They sent it late, EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Every other month, there was some asinine excuses to take over a week (up to 15 days) after I ran out, for them to even ship it. This company needs to be investigated by the attorney general!!!
Do not get your prescriptions filled here. They are very unreliable and careless. Don’t believe any of these five star reviews as they are fake. I have had to go without medication for over 10 days because of they are unresponsive and careless service. Make sure you check your charges as they will try to overcharge you for services that they did not provide. The pharmacy is a joke. It should be shut down.
