This place is an absolute disaster in many ways. The way they manage is corrupt and really presses the border of illegal. They charge money for rent but don't manage. They tow cars illegally. When pressed about what their involvement is and how they can help, they claim it's other companies fault. DO NOT RENT HERE

Used to live here in 2019-20. Slapped me with 1300+ in carpet damage and couple of spots on the vinyl/wooden countertop. Not gated, but has security person wandering around. Staff is not friendly at all.

My husband has lived in this apartment complex since before he met me (since 2018) and I have lived with him here since September 2019. Since the start of the pandemic, you can not reach anyone in the office. If someone does contact you after you've left a voicemail, it's via email or text message. Two weekends ago, our mailroom (which holds the entire complex's mailboxes) was broken into. My car tags were stolen along with three checks our friends and family had sent to us as wedding gifts. Worst apartments I've ever lived in , Leasing employees at the office always tell you the wrong information ,They always misguide new tenants . Please make sure your Office employees are well trained to inform the new tenants with the correct information PLEASE ! My guests car got towed 2 times in 1 week charging $790 due to misguiding information provided from the Leasing office and they take no responsibility for not providing the right information .

Beckie is a valuable asset to Dominion! The onboarding process for my new unit was very seamless and she made sure all the t's were crossed and I's were dotted. I found her to be very responsive and actually listened to what questions and concerns I had. Her skillsets of helping me all while renovations were going on around shows her level of professionalism and ability to work in a fast paced environment. My unit looks great! Well done!

Peridot Palms let us out of our lease because the place was filthy. Now we are trying to move and no one will rent to us because the business agent Natalie is telling every where we apply to that we got evicted. This is a bold face lie that I am contacting an attorney about. This place is disgusting and I wouldn't recommend anyone rent there.

This company is charging me a late fee when the bill was wrong adding a charge for renters insurance that was not supposed to be as they have a copy of my current policy and never removed this charged. As consequence I received a late fee of $100 and they have a tactic of blocking you from making a partial payment. Is really against the consumer laws in Florida to do that.

Recently, I encountered a situation in the parking garage at The Promenade Apartments. I no longer feel safe walking from the car to home, and since there is no other parking option I think that it's best if I leave soon. When I expressed my concerns, the staff and office manager no one did not care. In closing, the property is unsafe and the staff lacks sympathy.
