Their PA, Nicole is the best!
Lack of consideration for patients time. First time had to reschedule 3 times, went to another location and had excellent results. Tried to go back to Wesley Chapel for follow up as they said I have a blood clot behind my eye and want to make sure I follow up only to have them call me and cancel my appointment. Would not recommend the Wesley Chapel location
I just wanna start out by saying that the doctor and the staff do a very good job. The problem that I have is the lack of consideration given to the PATIENTS time. They overbooked appointments with no consideration to the senior PATIENTS waiting two hours to be seen. I’m sure the scheduling is up to the management and the ownership to schedule as many patients as possible. PATIENTS showing up at their scheduled time should be treated with more respect and deserve better. Shameful
My low review is because I've left 3 voice mails over the course of 3 days and no one has even returned my call from the Wesley Chapel location. I have now left a message for the Tampa office too so will see if I get a return call and subsequent appointment. They are the only ophthalmology group on my plan so I cannot just call someone else.
A receptionist called me back after I left a voicemail concerned about a lump in my eye. From the beginning of the call the person was short and condescending. After I asked her a question, she stated " I just told you." I am an adult asking questions, and the worst customer service is when they are irritated because you don't know all the facts or missed something. After the rudeness, she told me the Dr is on vacation and to go to Pearle. Poor customer service and I will never recommend this place, regardless of how "good" ... read more
