A receptionist called me back after I left a voicemail concerned about a lump in my eye. From the beginning of the call the person was short and condescending. After I asked her a question, she stated " I just told you." I am an adult asking questions, and the worst customer service is when they are irritated because you don't know all the facts or missed something. After the rudeness, she told me the Dr is on vacation and to go to Pearle. Poor customer service and I will never recommend this place, regardless of how "hood" ... read more
I was told my eyes were too bad to remove my Caracacts. I went to Dr.Parrish, he put me on drops and I am scheduled for eye surgery in July. He gave me hope and I’m sure this will be successful 🙏
Have to keep extending my appointments due to scheduled eye test machine not working. 1 month scheduled to come back and get the test. Such an inconvenience.

Had to wait over an hour at the Tampa office. Receptionist wasn't to helpful and another lady got so tired of waiting that she rescheduled. Would not recommend this office
