I have been receiving care here since 2000. I have always received the best of care here.22 years on dialysis and now 4 years into a transplant. Dr. Usha Peri is amazing at what she does

My mom has stage 3A CKD and is 78 years old. When she first went to Dr. Peri for care, her CKD was at stage 3B. Dr. Peri provided vital information that helped my mom manage her condition better. I’ll forever be grateful for the urgency of her staff when my mom’s potassium level was at 6.7. They moved right away with a recovery plan. Her potassium is now at 4.3! Dr. Peri is an amazing doctor.
