This company hired me back in 2008. I'm Canadian so they applied for a visa for me which had a two month timeline. I got my visa in that time frame and relocated to New Jersey for the job (from Windsor, Ontario). Upon arrival, they told me my position had been taken and that I would need to apply for a senior level role - mind you I was a new grad. They cost me months of time which is stressful as a new grad.
Staff is really friendly and helpful. Training program is really good, If you work hard, you can get through easily.
