Since the new management took over, the service has seriously down. I ordered a simple burger, and after waiting 25 minutes, it still wasn’t served. When I asked, the staff didn’t even know my order. When they finally brought the burger, it was cold — clearly it had been cooked long ago but wasn’t served promptly. Very disappointing and poorly managed.
4.75⭐️ Better than their nearby competitors like Kabob Palace! Plenty of nice places to sit & very clean,🤗 large seating for groups. Nice, service oriented staff. *Food taste and presentation was great!🤩 My little piece of chicken on my burger wasn’t as tender as I would like, nor the patty charred a bit, BUT it didn’t outweigh the good Nash-Smash experience. You can even set your spice level 😀 And I didn’t realize at first, they even bring the food to your table and then take ur plates as well!🙌
