NOT PORTUGUESE OR SOUTH AFRICAN. IT IS INDIAN FOOD. It is very misleading to put the "Peri Peri" name while all the flavors, spices, and food like Indian. I would try it first before assuming it is Portuguese. We asked for plain chicken with no spices for the kids and of course it was torture. Even the rice was very spicy for the kids. Broken table inside the restaurant caused my son to fall. Funny thing the owner admitted they're aware of the broken table that it's been broken. Overall bad experience. DO NOT EAT HERE.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Downright disgusting! YUK!! I took 1 bite, then spit it out. The photos of the food on the menu did NOT match what I was served. Over cooked, CHEWY, THIN chicken sandwich, covered in sauce. Poor ventilation, all of the storefront glass has a dirty film probably from clogged filters. How is this place in business? First and LAST time.
