Very upset with Wendy's work ... I asked her for partial highlights and in the end she put a toner that ruined my hair ... I asked her please that if she could fix it and she ignored me .., I asked her to give me back the money I paid her and she ignored me as well . Please do not go with her !!! .. she's not professional at all and she doesn't even know how to dry hair either….
