I went in for chemical exposure in need of medical help. After very few questions, my "doctor" asked the nurses,"do you smell that?" I received a drug test instead of actual CARE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
It's been over 3 hours of waiting in the ER waiting room. If it weren't for our questions, we would've been waiting without any notification. When the individual that needed treatment was concerned about serious complications due to previous medical emergencies, they didn't seem very concerned. This wasn't the first time I've taken loved ones to this particular ER.
My friend fell after fainting and hit his head and cracked his lip open. As soon as we walk through the front door the staff took him immediately and absolutely took great care of him. I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs urgent care.
