We paid $165k for our residential pergola. This company has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Sales pitch was great but it was downhill from there. Everything was weeks later than promised, team was extremely unprofessional and left our property in a filthy disaster every time they were here. They've had to return 5 times to fix incomplete areas. We are only 3 months into the install and we already have a non working screen motor. They sold me a large job and promised to Service, but never showed up. I’m left with a nonworking system and spent a lot of money
The worst customer service & thay ask for full payment and thay say that thay will come to install it and thay never came to install it, and then thay ignore me, never use them very not reliable on wht thay say!!!!! Thay promised me it will be installed for the holidays (סוכות) and that really didn't cear just don't trust them thay don't cear about you what a shame
I had to file a lawsuit against this company to get them to complete the installation after months of inexplicable delays. Since the installation, the pergola has malfunctioned twice and will not open, and one of the light bars has gone out; this is after just a few months of use. I have followed up daily for a month just for a repair date and I keep getting the same excuses as before when they delayed in installing and repairing after the first malfunction. I would not recommend this company.
