Yesterday I drove out to Liberty Perfume in Rockaway Mall specifically to purchase several fragrances after seeing that the store was listed as closing at 9:30 PM. I arrived at 8:23 PM, well before the posted closing time, only to find the kiosk already closed. There was no notice, no explanation, and no updated hours anywhere.
