The customer service at the Rockaway Mall store is horrible. Your employees attitudes need major adjustments. Refusing to return an unopened cologne purchased four days ago and then telling your customers to get out is horrid behavior. Shame on you. I will never purchase a single thing from this company again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.
