I’ve been using Performance Specialty for the past few years now.. There customer service used to be good but is mediocre at best today. They seem to be shortstaffed and so reaching customer service is an arduous task. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve wasted it on hold only to be disconnected. It’s also somewhat of a fiasco to get your medication delivered, I’ve had instances where my medication was delivered to my doctors office when it was supposed to be delivered to me, which clearly indicates a lack of communication ... read more
Month two of using Perform Specialty and already having serious issues. I finally got through to a real person today after trying for a week only to find out they don't even have my medication in stock. Seriously? I called my insurance prescription company who in turn called Perform. Perform blamed it on me claiming they couldn't refill because I was out of refills. Nope. I have 11 refills left. Now I am going to be out for at least 4 days waiting for them to get it in and once again, I have to call them to set up delivery..... read more
I'm being forced to use this company because of my insurance provider. The customer service is good and the staff are friendly, but in my opinion, it's poorly managed. This company markets themselves as a specialty pharmacy, which means that they provide some of the more expensive, lifesaving medication. A 24-hour turnaround time for a prescription to be reviewed by a pharmacist, combined with a 3 p.m. overnight delivery cutoff time, is a very bad combination. Won't give me my medication after UPS lost it. It's been a week of me being overdo and no matter what I can't seem to get it. My medicine is around 10,000 so I'm screwed either way due to their negligence.
Not such a good experience already, they had my child’s information but told me they didn’t have it I called not once but 3 times, when the doctor called they advised they had it but not with my address or anything else but they had told the doctor it was already mailed and I got it back in MARCH, I didn’t get any information this medication was approved nor did I get a phone call. If it was possible to fill it somewhere else I would but I can’t!
