This place is great when it comes to great service & awesome trainers. Physical therapy is great, and they help you as much as they can, but it's really up to you to get things moving. Some of the therapist don't baby you, which is great because you heal faster. Others let you whine and take things a little slower. As for Pilates, it's great you can go with a friend and share a trainer or be greedy and get one for yourself. Each trainer has their own personality, and can be fun, or it can be difficult.
