I was recommended this bussiness from a close family member, and they weren't wrong! What a gym! I came here with multiple injuries and a bleak view that it would take a lot of work, and even then I'd be lucky to improve all that much. Then I attended my first physio session with Holden and just with that, there was atleast a 50% reduction in shoulder pain! Holden is very educated, precise and incredibly helpful. 3 sessions in and my entire outlook has shifted already. Thank you Performax and extra thank you to Holden!

training at Performax has been absolutely life changing! The EPs & physios are fantastic, tailor programs to your needs, make you feel seen, heard and comfortable. not to mention the top tier banter during sessions🤌 thank you for all you guys have done for me, i feel better in my own skin, stronger than ever & truly enjoy my sessions each week!
