Best Rehab & Recovery Business you will ever find. I am 67 Years old and was struggling to get half decent treatment on my "Home Care Package" on the Coast. Best thing I ever did was ask my Care Provider to approve and switch me over to Perfomax Science. The Staff are outstanding and highly qualified. I have never had a better Exercise Physiologist than "Josh". and definitely looking forward to having regular Physio from "Chris". We joined the gym 6 months before heading off in our Camino . Chris was our trainer and really listened to what we needed and got us hiking fit and we had access to physio with Luke to make a few tweaks to our program to address a few injuries! They gave a great ethos for supporting vets and people with disabilities and create an environment in the gym that suits all abilities

I was recommended this bussiness from a close family member, and they weren't wrong! What a gym! I came here with multiple injuries and a bleak view that it would take a lot of work, and even then I'd be lucky to improve all that much. Then I attended my first physio session with Holden and just with that, there was atleast a 50% reduction in shoulder pain! Holden is very educated, precise and incredibly helpful. 3 sessions in and my entire outlook has shifted already. Thank you Performax and extra thank you to Holden!
