I've been coming here for about six months and working with Matt—hands down, one of the best decisions I've ever made. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and fun to work with. He's helped me stay on track with my goals while offering great advice and tips along the way. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to help, which creates a really positive atmosphere. Plus, the location is convenient with easy access and no parking issues. I highly recommend this place!

I've been a member for about a year now and it's by far the best 24/7 gym in Maroochydore I've trained in. Nick and his team are friendly, never crouded even peak times, really nice machines, there's 8 or 9 squat racks and memberships come with sauna & cold plunge which is amazing. I see a personal trainer who are all exercise physiologists so you don't end up with a numpty who gives you an injury. I've been training with Performax for two years and it's been one of the best decisions for my health and fitness I've ever made. The quality of the programming from my EP, six week progress reviews, the depth of knowledge and passion for their work is incredible. The gym is equipped with excellent facilities; sauna, ice baths, bathrooms and brilliant high end weights, machines and cardio equipment. Two awesome years, no regrets.
Easily the best gym on the coast if you’re serious about your training. It has all the equipment you’d expect from a commercial gym without the crowds or chaos, just a clean, fresh space designed to help you focus and actually get results. The programming is personalised with built-in physio access and ongoing support that’s kept me progressing consistently and injury-free. If you’re ready to train with intention and level up, this is the place.
