So far so good! Brand new state of the art gym, everything you would need, never have to wait for any machines. Chris knows his stuff, knew straight away the issues I was having and explained it in an easy to understand way and explain how we fix the issues. Then runs through the exercise together and really goes into details. Top bloke as well. Sauna, ice bath and compression boots is a nice addition too. All things considering, really great value for money!
I came in needing a physio to help with back pain that just wouldn’t go away and I couldn’t recommend Chris enough. He did a very thorough initial assessment and picked up on mobility issues and strength weaknesses that were clearly contributing to my back pain. The treatment helped relieve the pain straight away, and he put together a simple clear plan that’s already been making a difference. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend!

A shout out to John Schulze. I came to John after two IRONMAN events where I was close to finishing but had to pull out due to back failure - progressively leaning over to one side (IRONMAN is a 3.8k ocean swim; 180k bike and 42k marathon run). After the first failure I went to a Sports Physician who prescribed 3 steroid shots to the back before the next event. They did nothing. I have waited nearly a year to review Performax. I wanted to ensure that what I experienced wasn't based on initial enthusiasm (from me in committing to self improvement) and promises (from the establishment regarding delivery). I am so glad I waited. An early review would have restricted my ability to adequately express my deep appreciation.
