A shout out to John Schulze. I came to John after two IRONMAN events where I was close to finishing but had to pull out due to back failure - progressively leaning over to one side (IRONMAN is a 3.8k ocean swim; 180k bike and 42k marathon run). I have waited nearly a year to review Performax. I wanted to ensure that what I experienced wasn't based on initial enthusiasm (from me in committing to self improvement) and promises (from the establishment regarding delivery).
