We have been victims of identity theft and I have been trying to keep ahead of the individuals who did this. We've had real IRS tax fraud real credit cards and bank accounts open that were fraudulent. Now I received a letter with this number to call claiming I owed taxes in other states, scams. Things I have learned don't pay collection agencies never ! many are scams all collection agencies have bought info from company that wrote off billc. I am in process of having my student loan consolidation so this company only wants to talk about them putting you in debt rehab instead being able to get helped by a better solution. One staff kept saying so you refusing to accept the debt rehab...yes it's outrageous he wouldn't accept no for an answer so then he says he's turning me into garnishment which cause my loan not to go thru...hate these people they have ruined our lives and my family and we are military.
