Best gym in DFW come check them out!
Looks small on the outside but much larger inside. Plenty of space filled with all the equipment you need for a good lift. Staff is friendly and the place is always clean. Downside - one or two bathrooms, which are shared.
Just training no Crossfit in the middle of the gym, no tripping over ring lighting for selfie cameras thank goodness "see AR lol". Owner keeps it super clean and lets you put in work, people that workout here are VERY friendly and respectful of one another! I'ts refreshing, Key Fob and 24 access is HUGE! No riff raff safe for my daughter and son! Psalms 144
