Very poor customer service from Lee. I ordered a 1/2 hp pump 2 weeks ago and paid over 800 dollars. I received the pump and there was a missing union assembly. I then emailed Lee the next day he needs the serial number of the pump. I spoke with him a week before to order the pump. I sent an email on June 14th that the piece was missing. I received an email on the 14th that the part was being shipped. Now on June 16th I check the status the post office just received the item for shipment today. My Performance Pro pump on my waterfall failed after 15 years of continous service. Lee at customer support was awesome! He quickly found a replacement for me and in just a few days it arrived at my door. I purchased the Artesian2 which was an upgrade from my original pump. I couldnt be happier. The new pump provides more water flow and the filter basket is much larger and easier to clean. They sell a great product and provide excellant customer service - Thank You!
My PerformancePro Pump has worked beautifully for 9 years and is still as strong as when it was installed. For us it has been amazingly problem-free. I misplaced a small part for the primer pot this winter and called PerformancePro Pumps Inc to see if I could get a replacement for the part. I received great customer service, polite and knowledgeable. The part and shipping was very reasonable, shipped the following day and received the next day. Thanks for a great product and great service!
