I joined Performance 360 almost two years ago and have since built a great group of friends, hitting some PRs that I would have never been able to achieve at a big box gym. Noah, the Owner, Ireland, the head coach, and the other coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, always leading a fun, challenging workout!
If you’re looking for an amazing trainer, I recommend Alex! She is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She makes you feel so comfortable. It’s like you’re working out with a friend. Thank you Alex for keeping me motivated and on track!!!!
The best gym environment I have ever been to!! The coaches are seriously amazing and this is one of the most inclusive workouts, from ppl lifting what seems like 1,000 lbs to others lifting 10 lbs, and ALL of it is celebrated by the supportive coaches and your “teammates”! Makes you feel good when ya just feel like you belong! Muscle is built here. Confidence is strengthened. <3
It’s been a long time since I’ve found a gym I’ve loved this much. The members are great and super welcoming. Coach Ireland is the best—she’s upbeat, fun, and always keeps the vibe high. The owner, Noah, is an absolute beast—he’s the definition of goals. And in all honesty, making it in is the highlight of my day. My only complaint is that it’s so far from my house, I can’t get in as much as I’d like.
