We had a terrible experience with Performance Wraps in Dayton, Ohio. Initially, things started out decent, but within one week of having our vinyl wrap installed, it began to peel off the vehicle. For a so-called high-quality vehicle wrap company, this was unacceptable. When we brought the issue to their attention, instead of standing behind their automotive wrap installation, they grilled us with irrelevant questions, asking whether we used ArmorAll, what products we applied, and how we cleaned the car. Working with everyone at Performance Wraps was a pleasure. Tanor (one of the owners) was so welcoming and patient as I described my vision. Michell (one of the talented designers) really made my idea a reality and was super collaborative when it came to fine-tuning the design. Finally, Blake from the front office was an absolute delight. I would absolutely use this company again!
