I started my vision therapy after my nine year-old daughter started her vision therapy to address her double vision from BVD condition. I didn’t see doubles but things were often a blurry on one eye, especially when I was tired. I noticed that I saw same things as my daughter using colored glasses during her therapy when my husband didn’t. Vision therapy has been a huge help for her, and has greatly reduced her struggles seeing at school. The staff at Visual Processing Institute is friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.
Our experience with Visual Processing Institute has been incredible. They have helped my daughter make amazing progress with her amblyopia. We are fortunate to have vision therapy offered so close to our home. The coordination between two eyes needed for reading is not understood by many. Eye therapy has helped my son read with greater ease as he’s not tiring so quickly or covering one eye that had trouble. We’ve seen improvement in reading, word searches, and other similar academic activities.
