I purchased a 2004 LS1 Corvette engine to replace the one in my C5 Corvette, and I deeply regret that decision. After seeing the negative reviews, I should have trusted my instincts and walked away—but instead, I relied on the assurances of Jason Richards (sales rep), who claimed the engine was in excellent condition and had undergone rigorous quality and performance testing before being shipped. Overly disgusted by the lack of communication and customer service that I have NOT received from them. Totally unprofessional. Thank goodness my daughter has a mother like me. I will get in contact with someone and if I have get an attorney it's going to cost them!!!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks! I purchased an engine from them in May 2024 and at first I was quite impressed with how seamless the whole process went. I received my engine and had zero issues until December. Engine stopped working so I immediately contacted Jennifer Williams. At the time I was looking for a motor, I want to say about August or September time of 2024. I came across these guys and thought it was awesome because they were constantly working with me before I bought the motor and told how great it is and how awesome the condition is for there motors so I believed and said “let’s do it.” So I purchased the motor September 16th and was assisted by Jason Richard’s and Jennifer Williams.
