Worst customer service I have ever came across!
Terrible customer service. More interested in making excuses then taking care of customers. It’s no surprise to me that the physical location is permanently closed. They are now 2 online retailers. Www.performancetruckproducts.com and www.mbrpexhauststore.com. Buyer beware
Horrible Customer Service, Ordered a programmer late evening and a couple hours later I decided to cancel my order, the next morning about 9:15 I get an email they can not cancel the order because it has already been shipped, Impossible!!!, Now they say they can not except returns because these are custom built for the vehicle, So they are saying that as soon as you place an order someone is sitting there to build these programmers specifically for your truck with out knowing anything about your truck!, These people are so f... read more
