I refuse to do business here if I can help it. They don't make me feel valued as a customer. I'd rather take my stuff to Walmart Tire and Lube.
I got something in my tire on my way up to Carroll on highway 71, thank God that I was able to make it to Carroll. But I pulled into their tire shop with an extra spare that I always carry with me because I have a odd tire size, and they had me fixed up in about 30 minutes so I could be on my way. I had great customer service and they were very polite.
Went to get a Alignment done a few weeks ago they made me sign a form saying they aren’t liable for any damages caused by the wheel spaces I took them off a few days later because they just didn’t look right and everything was normal. About a week or 2 later I was driving and me wheel completely snapped off the steering knuckle and making bearing a hub. My friends told me that they noticed my tire was more slanted them normal.
