Great Place - Great people First encountered Performance tire and Wheel through Tirerack.com - This was there preferred local installer. They did an amazing job on my Mercedes CLK320!! I had also got an estimate from another tire place for over $900 to fix an issue so an alignment could be done. When I had the tires put on, I asked them to check the alignment issue -- was a $150 repair..... not the $900 quoted elsewhere.I have been bringing my cars here ever since... Fantastic Service Guys In February I visited Performance Tire and Wheel in Orange City to have my Jeep tires examined or replaced. Unbeknown to me Steve and Jenny at Performance Tire in Orange City have an Auto Repair Mechanic to check out all of my mechanical problems. I was only looking for a Wheel Alignment Store but after having their mechanic examine the Jeep I found out a lot of minor and possible major issues. Not Honest The owner lied to my face about a breaking a $5 part.I took my car in for a simple tire change. In the process, they broke off one of my studs. That by itself is no big deal...stuff happens.But he lied and told me that the lug-nut had been seized to the stud, and the stud broke when they were trying to get it off. They said it was not their responsibility or fault.The TRUTH is that they cross threaded the lug nut when putting it ON and snapped off the stud. My 4th set of tires from these good folks Steve & Jenny are the best. They will spend the time necessary to find what you want. steve treats every tire and wheel installation as if you will be going straight to Sebring and running multiple laps on the race track. Best equipment - best attitude and work ethic.Preparing to purchase set of wheels & tires for my bimmer from them.

DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE This shop has had my car for over a month...each time i get my car back something else is wrong wit it....tOOK IT IN TO GET MY FUEL PUMP REPAIRED...had it 15 mins b4 i realized my speedometer no longer worked my lights and my raido...I did not even make it out of the parking lot....They had it 2 more weeks..got it back 6 hrs later my car died had to have it towed found out my gas gauge don't work and that they fried my radio....Now im bout to go get it cause im done wit this place....beware n use caut... read more
